XPS Greenlight Laser System For treating BPH, Ablation of Prostate, Bladder Neck and Tumors

Building on the excellent tradition of the PV and HPS Systems, the new XPS Greenlight Laser with it's MoXy fiber provides safety, Speed, and Efficiency, and Improved Coagulation.

Safety:  The benefit of the XPS is that it provides a wider tissue vaporization effect without sacrificing the depth of vaporization and coagulation.  XPS's MoXy fiber has an active cooling cap technology that utilizes saline flow to minimize fiber tip devitrification, which reduces power degradation throughout the duration of the procedure.
Speed and Efficiency: XPS with the MoXy fiber allows for the removal of a wider section of tissue without increasing depth of tissue removal.  While the vaporization depth of the XPS and HPS are similar when used under similar conditions, the actual depth of tissue removal will vary with sweep rate, power and tissue condition.  The XPS produces a 50% increase in beam area compared to the HPS.
Improved Coagulation:  TruCoag uses pulsating light to cauterize ruptured vessels and reduce bleeding faster and in more situations.

HPS Greenlight Laser System For treating BPH, Ablation of Prostate, Bladder Neck and Tumors.

For treatment of BPH, GreenLight Laser Therapy offers clinical outcomes equivalent to Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP), with fewer complications.

The HPS 120-watt Greenlight laser by AMS, with its higher power and more collimated beam, allows more effective energy delivery per unit surface area, providing a more efficient rate of prostate vaporization. This would allow a similar size gland to be treated within a shorter time period relative to its 80-watt PVP predecessor. The higher power and more collimated beam also potentially mean that tissue vaporization may be less affected by tissue composition.

Cyber TM Surgical Laser System For Prostate Surgery, Bladder Neck Incision, Opening Strictures, Vaporization of Bladder Tumors, Partial Nephrectomies

The 120-watt Cyber TM thulium laser combines the efficiencies of a CO2 laser with the hemostatic properties of a holmium laser, making it a perfect multi-application laser across a range of clinical applications.

Outstanding Safety: Consistent power delivery of the Cyber TM's continuous wave mode creates a clean and even vaporization effect, which keeps the surgical field clear of bubbles, blood or debirs.
Superior Precision: The 2.01-micron wavelength is readily absorbed in water.  Energy travels only two-millimeters beyond the fiber tip in water and penetrates tissue less than one-millimeter, providing surgeons with a high degree of control over the energy delivery.
High Versatility:  Most lasers are used to either vaporize or resect tissue.  The  Cyber TM can do both.  Reimbursement code for laser enucleation of the prostate is CPT 52649 and laser vaporization of the prostate is CPT 52648.

Diode 180-Watt Laser System For treating BPH, Vaporization of Prostate, Strictures, Bladder Tumors

Eliminate unwanted soft tissue using the Diode 180-Watt Laser System and two fiber options; the Twister Side-firing Fiber and the Fusion Fibers. With its wavelength, pulse and radiation pattern combination, the Diode 180-Watt Laser System produces unparalleled results that can eliminate both scarring and tissue damage.

A powerful medical laser system; assures unmatched performance in speed and effectiveness.

Extremely Quiet: noise is an unwanted distraction in endourological operating rooms, our EVOLVE Laser System allows you to work in a quiet environment.
Auto-Memory Function: operating the Diode 180-Watt Laser System is further simplified by automatically storing the last parameter settings used, ensuring both operator and patient safety.
Interdisciplinary Use: due to Diode 180-Watt small footprint and its low weight, the LIFE procedure can easily be incorporated into in a mixed-device/mixed-procedure environment within surgical centers.
Excellent Visualization: the wavelength is invisible to the human eye and does not impair your vision during a procedure. The resulting lack of distraction makes if easier to operate with precision in a stress-free environment.

This system is mainly used to in the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and provides immediate relief of symptoms. The unique 980nm wavelength providesa high absorption in both water and hemoglobin, allowing both cutting and coagulation soft tissue for a nearly bloodless procedure. It allows rapid patient recovery with minimal post-operative discomfort, leading to greater patient satisfaction. However, the benefits of this system's technology extend well beyond BPH treatment:

  • Removal of Bladder Tumors
  • Ureterostenosis
  • Circumcisions
  • Condyloma Removal
  • Hemorrhoid Treatment
  • Cyst Removal

This system is also an in office laser. Contact us now for more information.

CO2 Surgical Laser System For Microlaryngoscopy, Laparoscopy, Treatment of Condyloma, Laser Vaporization of Cervix

The CO2 laser or Carbon Dioxide Laser, emits invisible infrared light beam with a 10,600nm wavelength. The light produced by this wavelength is highly absorbed by the water in tissue and allows a physician to cut, coagulate and vaporize soft tissue in a very controlled and uniform fashion. Tissue is precisely removed and minimal heat is transferred to the underlining adjacent tissue. The advantages of CO2 laser include: less pain, swelling, bleeding and postoperative discomfort with faster recover times.

Our CO2 lasers can be used in the following surgical specialties: Neuro and Spine, ENT, Gynecology, General and Pulmonology
