Cryotherapy By Endocare, for Cryosurgical ablation of the prostate and kidneys for localized cancer and Laparoscopic or Open Renal Cryoablation
About Cryotherapy: Cryotherapy, also called cryosurgery or cryoablation is a minimally invasive treatment that uses extreme cold to freeze and destroy diseased tissue, including cancer cells. During cryotherapy, argon gas is applied to diseased cells located outside or inside the body. Physicians use image-guidance techniques such as ultrasound to help guide these freezing substances to treatment sites located inside the body.
Cryocare® CS is a fully integrated planning, placement and treatment system designed to simplify cryotherapy and allow unlimited flexibility. This unit is designed to meet specific physician needs through innovative, user-friendly technology that introduces a new generation of Cryotherapy for prostate and kidney.

Mobile ESWL Service Extracorporal Shockwave Lithotripsy with Mobile Lithotripsy Tables by Storz
About Lithotripsy: Lithotripsy is a medical procedure that uses shock waves to break up stones in kidney, bladder, or ureter. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) is the most common type of lithotripsy. These procedures usually take 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The MODULITH® SLX and SLX-F2 ESWL units are the perfect solution for multi-mode stone therapy. With its highly efficient shock wave source, ease of use and millions of successfully treated patients, it has set a new standard in urological stone therapy. These units have the core component of a fully integrated stone therapy system with a wide spectrum of general endourological and diagnostic features. Urological stone therapy is no longer an isolated discipline in medicine. Today, it embraces a wide spectrum of minimally invasive and extracorporeal procedures.
Main Functions:Shock wave source: Low energy electromagnetic shock wave source.
Localization: C-arm X-ray & B-ultrasound localization.
Incident angle: Adjustable angle of the shock wave source.
Image: It adopts main & high frequency X-ray system, high-quality image intensifier, CCD camera and digital multi-functional monitor.
Operating system: Computer control and manual control are combined together, so mouse, keyboard and buttons can be used tooperate the lithotripter. It also contains image workstation.
Environment: Need 220V working power supply.

ConMed Argon Beam CoagulatorTM (ABC) For Partial Nephrectomy, Total Abdominal Hysterectomy, Laparoscopy
The Argon Beam Coagulator (ABC) is highly effective on high impedance tissues and eliminates muscle chattering. It causes minimal smoke plume or odor and does not ignite fatty tissue, allowing physicians to achieve non-contact hemostasis with minimal thermal injury of adjacent or underlying tissues.
Superior Coagulation – The ABC quickly coagulates profuse bleeding tissues. Rapid coagulation is achieved as (1) the flow of argon gas clears the target site of blood and other fluid (eliminating current dissipation in the blood), and (2) the consistent, even application of energy via the ionized argon beam seals the tissue.More reliable, even, consistent eschar – The eschar (AKA arc tunnel reticulum), forms directly on dry tissue instead of on the surface of fluids, thereby preventing formation of a "floating," non-adherent eschar. The potential for sloughing of the eschar and post-op bleeding is reduced. Less tissue damage – Less energy is required for the efficient argon beam to create a thin, evenly distributed eschar. Depth of necrosis is significantly reduced as compared to conventional spray coagulation. In addition, the argon gas prevents oxidation. This results in less charring, tissue destruction, and formation of necrotic tissue.
Enhanced healing of the target site – Optimal healing is a result of minimal tissue destruction and formation of necrotic tissue. The ABC is a non-contact modality. This, in combination with the clearing of blood and fluids by the stream of argon gas, allow for excellent visualization of the surgical field.
Effective on high impedance tissues – Argon beam energy can be safely and effectively be delivered into bone, cartilage, ligaments, organ capsules, and mesentery.
Eliminates muscle chattering – The shortened lifespan of the arc pathways results in less muscle stimulation. Muscle will contract, but not chatter, during application of the current.
Minimal smoke plume and odor – Argon is chemically and physiologically inert, thereby reducing the availability of oxygen and nitrogen at the surgical site. Smoke evacuation may not be necessary.
Does not ignite fatty tissue – Due to the lack of oxygen and nitrogen at the surgical site, the ABC tends to melt fatty tissue instead of causing it to flame.
